The Insight Timer Free Music & Audio Resource is a comprehensive tool created by Music Of Wisdom in collaboration with the Insight Timer app. This resource is designed to help Insight Timer teachers produce more professional-sounding guided meditations. It includes our Brainwave Balance Music Bundle with five music tracks, each dedicated to a specific frequency: Synchronization, Concentration, Relaxation, Visualization, and Restoration. Along with these tracks, the resource offers Audacity templates and easy-to-follow tutorials, enabling teachers to elevate their guided meditation production to the next level.

What can the free meditation music bundle be used for?

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Music Bundle solely for the purpose of creating guided meditations to be posted on the Insight Timer platform.

• You may use the Music Bundle only as background music in the guided meditations you create. 

• You are permitted to post the guided meditations using the Music Bundle exclusively on the Insight Timer platform.

What does the free meditation music bundle include?​

The free meditation music bundle includes five tracks, each dedicated to a specific frequency: Synchronization, Concentration, Relaxation, Visualization, and Restoration. Each track is 60 minutes long and comes with two alternative versions: one without the frequency and one without the sound effects. In total, there are 12 hours of audio files in the bundle. All tracks are provided in high-quality MP3 format.
